For customers purchasing vintage furniture

  • [Returns and Exchanges] We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
Please see our Refund Policy page for more information.

  • [Used furniture] As this is old furniture, it has changed over time and shows signs of use. There may be scratches that are not visible in the images, so if you are concerned about this, please contact us before purchasing and we will send you a separate image.

  • [Material] Please understand that the texture may change or discolor over time due to use, warping or distortion due to humidity, dryness, or seasonal influences, and in rare cases, splinters or cracks may occur, but these are characteristics of the material. In particular, solid wood furniture may change depending on the environment and season in which it is used. Please be especially careful when using it near a window exposed to sunlight, near a heating or cooling appliance, outdoors, or outside of an ordinary home.

  • [How to use] Please refrain from using the product in any manner other than as intended, as this may put stress and shock on the furniture, resulting in damage or injury.

  • [How to move] Remove or fix drawers, doors, shelves, etc. before moving them. Do not drag furniture with legs when moving it as this will put strain on the base and cause damage. Also, furniture that is extremely heavy at the bottom compared to the top board may not be able to withstand the weight and may be damaged if lifted from the top board, so please be careful when moving the furniture not to put strain on it.

  • [Regarding vintage furniture that is unpainted or has a finish with oil or wax] It is prone to moisture soaking. To prevent water marks, ring stains, and scratches, we recommend using coasters or mats to keep water and tableware from directly touching the furniture. To prevent cracks caused by drying and to keep the furniture in beautiful condition, we recommend regular maintenance with wood maintenance oil or wax.

  • [Regarding vintage furniture that still has the old paint finish (urethane or lacquer) from the time of manufacture] Depending on the deterioration of the paint, it may be less effective than normal paint and may be more prone to peeling, color transfer, and staining, so please handle with care. To prevent water marks, ring stains, and scratches, we recommend using coasters or mats to prevent water or dishes from directly touching the furniture. If you place dishes containing hot drinks or broth directly on the furniture or if they are spilled, the surface resin may turn white due to the heat. When cleaning, please refrain from using chemicals such as thinner or benzene as they may dissolve the painted surface and turn white.

  • [Leather] It is prone to ageing due to dryness, sebum, and fingerprints, and may crack. Please regularly maintain the product with a leather cleaner or moisturizing oil that is suitable for the product. Leaving it wet with water may cause stains, so wipe it off immediately. Also, please be careful of fire such as stoves, as leather may shrink or harden if exposed to high heat.

  • [Warranty period] There is no warranty period for vintage products.

  • [About repairs] We will provide a quote for each repair. Please note that the repair fee, round-trip shipping fee, and handling fee will all be borne by the customer. However, if damage caused by an accident during delivery or initial defects are confirmed, we will cover the full amount if you contact us by the deadline of the "Refund Policy".
