Shipping cost

  • Please see the shipping fee table for the amount.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for deliveries to remote islands and some areas. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us and we will provide you with a quote on each occasion.

  • Due to system reasons, the correct shipping fee may not be displayed in the shopping cart when purchasing multiple items. In that case, we will contact you with the corrected shipping fee, so please understand.

  • Shipping rates are listed on each product page. These are shipping rates that apply only to products sold in the online store. Shipping rates may differ from those of physical stores.

  • Items will be shipped within 2-4 weeks after payment is confirmed. If you need it urgently, please contact us at the time of purchase.

  • Depending on the combination of products you order, we may not be able to deliver multiple products on the same day (or at the same time) even if you order multiple products.

Delivery date and time

  • Once your order is ready to ship, we will contact you by phone or email to confirm your preferred delivery date and time.

  • For some products and delivery areas, we are unable to accept time-specific delivery requests and deliveries will be made throughout the day.

  • If you are unable to receive the item on the scheduled delivery date and time, please contact our store or the delivery company as soon as you become aware of this. Please note that if you are not at home and the item is taken back to the office, you will be charged an additional fee. Also, even if you contact us suddenly or in advance, we may not be able to change the date and time if we are unable to process the change in time.

  • Due to traffic conditions, etc., delivery may not be possible on the scheduled delivery date.

  • The product will be delivered to your front door. (We do not install the product inside the home.)

  • When purchasing a product, please make sure to check the access route from the entrance (or entrance in the case of an apartment building) to the installation location in advance. If the product cannot be delivered due to insufficient checks, such as "cannot go up the stairs" or "cannot fit into the elevator of the apartment building," we may have to hoist it on another day or use a crane to bring it in. In such cases, a site inspection and separate labor fees will be charged , so in that case, please pay the delivery driver directly at the site at your own expense.
  • If the product cannot be delivered due to a long absence or refusal to receive it, and is returned to our store, the shipping costs for both ways will be borne by the customer , and we may refuse to accept future orders. Please note this in advance. The storage period for the delivery company after the product is taken back due to absence is one week. If this period is exceeded, the product will be returned to our store, so please request redelivery as soon as possible.
  • Even if the hallway or door is narrow, it may be possible to bring the furniture in by carrying it vertically or rotating it, depending on its shape. If you are unsure about the accessibility of the furniture, please contact us before purchasing.

  • Installation that involves "construction" such as driving fixing screws into walls, ceilings, etc. is not possible.

  • Shipping fees and delivery availability may change without notice due to price revisions by carriers or changes to contract terms.

  • If we find that delivery to remote islands or certain areas is not possible after receiving an order, we will promptly inform the customer and cancel the order.
  • We do not ship internationally.
